BluBay is crappiest hotel in Cuba, don't waist your money. Rude reception, unwelcome management, crappy shows,too many mosquito and biting insects. You WILL NOT enjoy staying in this hotel. Great service and excellent beach doesn't cover the rude reception and manager who doesn't speak english...Line-up for food sometime takes over 40 minutes... NEVER EVER BLUEBAY
