  • Can chiropractor correct this piriformis syndrome and sciatic nerve problems? I have that and wondering if I should go see a chiropractic doctor to help correct misalignment. Please help. Thanks.

  • @KhmuPrinceCharming its tough to say whether or not a chiro can help you. Typically sciatic nerve problems can be treated with stretching or physical therapy rather than adjustments. Of course everyone is different. Hope that helps!

  • Intersting video, I have had trouble with my piriformis muscle for 25 years, Have you ever come across a case where the piriformis muscle affects the hip joint to the extent that the hip actually dislocates?

  • @AndrooCirce I can't say that I have but I wouldnt rule it out. I hope you find some healing, be sure to check out our website to learn more and watch our other videos about pain.

  • This is very helpful to my wife and me. Apparently our 40 years of marriage have caused us to have similar muscular problems. We hope that this exercise sequence will help our running and swimming performance at 63.

  • That's Great! So glad it was helpful... Keep working towards your goal!

  • hi,i had lower back pain since 3 to 5 months i went to see the doctor and he told me to do some streche ii think there i helping prtty much but my question is does piriformis muscle have a cure

  • Very good videos you have---lyme disease causes a lot of the symptoms you mention...It is good to actually watch a demonstration....very good ....

  • @KhmuPrinceCharming Years ago I went to a chiro for a low back ailment...his manipulative treatment exacerbated the problem, causing excruciating sciatica which was only relieved by physiotherapy. Get a good physio, STAT!

  • I've had this pain now for 10 weeks from straining my hamstring and also playing too much snooker. Doc suggested orthotic insoles as i was walking with my foot pointing outwards. Physio suggested back stretches ... Neither suggested sciatic stretches such as these. I am convinced that I have piriformis syndrome, as the pain is only really in my hamstring and butt , with the added bonus of the pins and needles in my foot. I'll keep doing these stretches as i think they might be the solution.

  • Great work
