U.S. Training Congo Troops Accused of Abuses

Correction:

KINSHASA, Congo (AP) - In a Feb. 23 story about the U.S. military training Congolese soldiers, The Associated Press misidentified those doing the training as U.S. Marines. The U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa, Congo, says a combination of military personnel from the U.S. Special Operations Command Africa, including U.S. special forces and civilian specialists under contract, are conducting the training, not Marines.
