@jonjugg first of all Girardi obviously starts the fight with him because he thought he was the one who pushed him, we can see it wasn't but he can't so he goes for it. Second, when Dan Carcillo goes after Gaborik you can see Girardi pulling him off Gaborik but other philly players were pushing him off and he obviously doesn't feel like starting another fight.

That sums Girardi up perfectly- totally willing to drop the gloves with someone like Travis Zajac, who's never had a fight in his career, yet he stood 3 feet away while Dan Carcillo brutally assaulted Gaborik without even making an attempt to get involved in a total mismatch involving his team's best player. What a gutless pussy- doesn't have the sack to intervene with Carcillo, but willing to fight Zajac- real character guy, there.
