Shannon made Gibbs who he is today. My favorite scene from the episode, probably from the series as yet. I'm not gonna lie, I nearly cry every time I see this part.

I'm crying right now! This is so sad but beautiful at the same time. Why did this have to happen to an amazing man like Gibbs and from what I can see an awesome person like Shannon. And Kelly too. :,(

This is one of the great scenes in TV. Heartwarming and telling. If you missed this moment, you can never really understand Gibbs. And, since the series is essentially about him, without this, you can't understand why his "family" across the years so faithfully stick to him.
