@MattyJames25 - Croatia in 1990 removed Serbs as Croatian constitutional people and made them MINORITY one more reason for war in Croatia, Kosovo was autonomy within SERBIA. KOSOVO was never on the same level as Croatia or Slovenia.

No, Tito gave Kosovo autonomy in 1974 - look it up.
It was as constitutionally equal as Croatia or Serbia since then - a long time before NATO stopped Serbia from trying to deny them the right to succeed.

Of course it is! The ppl from Kosovo are Albanians (they can to Albania go if they want), Serbians (they can go to Serbia if they want) and Croatians (they can go to Croatia if they want).
So there is no Kosovian nation to make an independant state there. The NATO made a state just to have control over the balkans.
BUT the Abhazians and in Ossetians ARE nations who DO NOT HAVE their own independant states.
