@walklb Oh they do answer - in their own way. They remove your posts when you expose the faults of this line of devices. If you read this in your inbox, the post is most likely already removed.

So it's not that they don't read their mail, they were just to lame to answer.

How long do I have to charge the BeBook Club to fully charge the battery?

A: A three hour charge will fully charge the battery. Please note that the first time you charge your BeBook it needs a 12 hour charge to get fully charged.

hey just wanna say i love my ebook reader! battery lasts for 1 month and a half :D

just wanted to ask you guys from mybebookcom the charging time after the 1st charge because you forgot to point that out in the manual and that's important for the battery life. regards, Mr Pepper
