Imbube / Curtain call

This piece was created as a finale for my part of the final performance exam (2007) of the BA Irish music and dance at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.

I needed a way to finish the show/exam and I wanted to give each dancer the chance to have a solo. The dancers brought their own reel material to the table and I gave them a little linking phrase (which is why the piece is "arranged" instead of "choreographed" by one person). I think the idea could be further expanded, but I ran out of time for this particular project. This video also includes the bows from the dancers and musicians.
