I'm a Celtics fan. A very BIG Celtics fan. I WILL admit, the 'Melo offensive was asinine. I WILL admit, that WAS a moving screen. Am I complaining? No. But just letting NY fans know I did see it, and I do agree they were crap calls.

Pretty clear it was a trip AND a moving screen, both of which would have nullified the following shot. The reason the Melo thing was so dumb was because the whole game that wasn't getting called and to call it at that point is idiotic.
Granted all of that, the last shot that Melo chucked up was such an awful decision. Even with those two strange calls/no calls, the fact that Melo thought it was a good idea to toss up a stupid deep three when down by two with like 5 seconds left was even worse.

Honestly, no problem with this being a no call, but if this is a no call, then the Melo offensive foul call before it should not have been called. It has to be the same both ways and that's the biggest problem. If Melo's was a foul, then this is a foul. If Melo's wasn't a foul, then this isn't a foul. Bottom line, call it the same both ways.

@shmitty013 No, this should have been a foul. This is a clear foul. This would be a foul on the first play of the game, and it's a foul at the end of the game. It's not a "fighting for position" foul. It's a trip foul. Moving screen foul. This changed the outcome of the game.
