  • Hey Lauren, you're doing a great job, I love your positive attitude! I'm a medical student, and we do learn quite a bit about CF in our course, it's great to see how you and your family are living life to the fullest (unlike some non-CF ppl who still make tonnes of excuses). Once again, well done and all the best in life!

  • I am 21; I have CF; it's always nice to realize there are others like me! :)

  • you're wrong. cystic fibrosis isn't just in the united kingdom. i have cystic fibrosis and i live in the united states. and cystic fibrosis is all over the world.

  • @wanderer911 Wow good to hear you can be that physically active. Never thought that was possible.

  • nice job

  • I'm 11 and I have CF too. I find the physio, inhalers and stuff are really annoying.

  • Love your attitude Lauren, its really refreshing. Im 28 and have had CF since birth. I have always set goals for myself, am a qualified ski instructor, personal trainer, fitness instructor, spin instructor, and had a tennis scholarship to USA. I have always been competitive, and have always tried to find an edge with mental toughness, as many non- CF ppl dont really maximise this.

Anyways, keep working hard, and believing in urself.
