Say "Man or amar!" after you've just woken up. Do this everyday.

@Beazle123 Sorry, not Vendui Mellon. Haha, that's what I'm used to saying. Vendui Mellon means Greetings Friend. To say greetings world you would say Vendui Palurin.
Pronunciation:
Vendui (Look at my last comment) Pah-Loor-In.

In Quenyan you could say "Greetings, World". The way you would say that is "Vendui, Mellon".
Pronunciation:
Ven-Doo-eee Mell-Ohn (ohn rhymes with bone)

@naturegirl2010 Again, I am not familiar with phonetics, but if I had to guess, I would write it "I-ya, ahm-bahr". And do not I speak it either, though I attempted to learn, and I probably will continue sometime in the future.
And you are very welcome :)
P.S. Elvish is not exactly the correct term to use, as it denotes a group of several languages. It is equivalent to our word 'Germanic'. Quenya is a seperate language from Sindarin, the former being more formal and the latter more common.
This be Sindarin :P Quenya is much prettiers, and was Tolkien's favorite. "Hey World" in Quenya would be "Aiya, ambar", i.e. literally, "Hail, world". I am not familiar with writing phonetically, so I don't know how to give you an example like the one in your description, but I will say this: the diphthong 'ai' is pronounced like the 'i' in 'dine', the 'y' acts as a vowel, the 'a' is pronounced the same as all of the 'a's in your example, and 'ambar' is just like 'amar' with a 'b' after the 'm'.

@Throrindor I'm glad to find someone who knows something about this :D
To be entirely honest, I don't speak elvish, I just didn't think anyone knew any or would put a video up :| So I attempted my own and probably failed my tongue off :p
So Phonetically Aiya ambar would be something like "ah-E-a, ah-mahr" ?
Pretty cool :) Thanks for the lesson <3
