  • @shawnwilliams77 Yep. BUT GLENN BECK WONT HEAR ANY OF THAT!! We make it so people don't feel alienated for their religious beliefs in schools and public works? ATHEISM AT WORK!!

    So many religious people just want their religion taught as right, thats all it comes down to.

  • Not everyone is religious in this country, and not every religious person in the country follows the same religion as their neighbor. religious iconography has no place in the government at an institutional level, just as the goverment has no place in ones religious house of worship, it does not mean that because christians have the majority that they can put manger scenes and crosses on everything the want to, it just doesnt. its funny how this view seems to violate becks version of the repblic

  • I always thought that the separation of church and state was to stop the state's influence on the church as well as the church's influence on the state. That way if the two are kept completely separate, then all rights are preserved.
