You need to go speak to the Ninja guy standing next to Tsunades desk at the Hokage Office.

nooby question, but how did you get Oodama Rasengan as your jutsu and what are those items?

You charge your normal jutsu for Oodama Rasengan, so just press Triangle and then hold O. Item's are bought from shops in the game!

how do you do the mid-air rasengan? P.S can you do that when he is in his final transformation form?

It's one of Naruto's combo's, just hold down on the analogue stick whilst pressing O.

Do you mean Kakuzu's final form? If so, then I'm not sure :/
