It has been nearly three years since the mass irradiation of most of the world's drinkable water supply. Governments have all but devolved to tribalism and in order to sustain life "water runners" are employed to gather the rarity for those dependent upon it. This film follows "Rook", a new water runner replacing a downed runner (who succumbed to bandits).
This film was shot, directed, and edited by Nick DeMao in one week for the Campus Movie Festival.
