@asilo22 Rag Tag is not part of the "SAY MY NAME!" series although it is also set in Britain and was directed by the same director of this pilot episode on here.

@MassTraveler "needs subtitles"??? While is is absolutely wonderful that this film has been embraced by so many across the world and the USA in particular it is a Black British story and was intended to celebrate our lives. May I ask you how many US films have subtitles? And why you assume the whole world easily understands them? This is an extremely low budget film...subtitles is a major cost however the producers would be very happy to include them. Are you willing to finance it???

I believe that this short film, Say My Name, Captures the current issue of young black men in most societies. I am from the USA am I have been hiding, struggling and running for a very long time.

Wow! I was hooked! I thought there was gona be a big, passionate, hit kiss at the end?! Oh well... The acting was "all right", the characters well placed and the actors fitted their parts! More importantly, it highlights an issue that's very current among young black men in British society today...
