Floor Projection Interactive Games for Gait and Balance Training

This project was done by final year students: Lim Liu Xian, Ang Yee Hong Dennis, Nur Adilah Bte Anuar & Heng Shi Qi. They were tasked to create interactive games aimed at mainly children from ages 5 to 7 who require mobility therapy using a floor projection setup.

This project required the students to work closely with KK Women's & Children's Hospital. The games had to be designed according to the client's requirements such as motivating the children to walk, to step out, to reach out and more. The main purpose of the games is to allow these children to have fun interacting with the projection and at the same time receive therapy.

The team also worked closely with students from the School of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering (SMAE) for the physical setup of the project.
