This is a speechless video of me trying to show you how to take apart your Blackberry Storm 9500 or 9530.

Very easy. The screw drivers I'm using is a flat-head, and a T-6. Also, get a safety pin. ;)

ok..I need some help. I have a BB storm...and when i try to take a pic...it says ''can not start camera, please close all apps and try again'' I have NO apps running, and took them ALL off. Please help me. VRZN wont give me a new phone and this is pissing me off. Thank yall so much if yall can help out!!

@mokolococo Have you tried different headphones? If the jack is messed up, I doubt there is anything you can do but file a claim.
