This particular hill is so steap that people spin tires even when it's dry. The commenters just have no idea about this city.

I live in Maine so I thought it was really funny how they couldn't get up the hill in summer tires... lol not good tires for that

wet heavy snow is alot worse than the dry snow. to drive on. but i think these people dont have the experience to drive in it as they dont get snow much.

@uhclem But plows and such are not even needed when there's so little snow as there is in this video. Maybe these people just like driving like they do, and maybe they don't like driving normally.
