Nah. I reckon she's just feeling seriously bonkers and can't relate from there to the bloke she's with.
By the way children, feeling bonkers isn't fatal and you don't have to live like a hermit if your wires do periodically become completely uncrossed, but you do either need someone who's willing to give you plenty of space when you hold up the warning flag, or a playmate who's seriously out there...
