Omar thanks great video I'm up a few pounds (6) got extreme and went with only 2 meals a day and the weight was coming off fast but now I have gained it back.... starving isn't the way to go I'm holding on to every bite I eat right now...I'm heading to the Gym...Rebecca :)

IC you're eating celery. While better than a Snickers bar, celery is mostly water and has little nutriational value, right? You disagree? Let me know.

Another great video - so true to life. I feel like you're talking to me two years ago. Before then, others in the gym told me the importance of planning, varying work-outs, etc., and I stubbornly dismissed their comments. Well, after some shoulder strains, carpal tunnel, and a few other ailments, I got the message.
