  • Hey man, good luck with getting back on track. Its the BIGGEST hurdle with oversleeping. What hours are you doing? Either way, keep at it no matter what. Even if it means resetting non stop, just keep going! -Rick

  • @shuttupjerk I was actually doing this a year ago haha. Trust me, I gave it everything I had. Was sleep deprived for a whole school semester trying to get on it :P

  • Yea one of my naps falls right onto lunch during school. I am debating if i should just skip this nap or try to find a place to sleep lol.. the only thing i dont want to happen during school is to not beable to wake up...

  • That's what I thought would happen, but I did this for about ten days and still had problems falling asleep. If I was at home it was no problem, but I think since some of my nap times had me trying to sleep in the school library or various classrooms with other students around, my brain became more active and prevented me from sleeping despite my sleep depraved state.

    Maybe it really needs to be done during a period of time when you can stay home the whole day.

    At least in my case.

  • Once you start this, on the second day your body will really start to crave sleep; you will fall asleep right away.
