How is it that an agency that is involved in something so important as firearms can keep fucking up in ways that make the three stooges look like drama if it were not for the severity of the effects, and not get split up and reasembled with competent people at the helm?

Listening to Holder not answer questions, it becomes apparent that he has no clue what is actually happening under his leadership. Which brings to mind, what is the definition of leadership? He is and should be responsible for the people under his direction....

I do believe people need to be held accountable,,,, BUT so does everyone, that also takes part in aiding and supplying weapons to any other country , especially way back, when the U.S. supplied Afghanistan population with so much weaponry, that has been turned around and used on US.... So let's not just flag the Fast&Furious deal, but any other significant issue, similar.....
