@jkielar23 The secret is dedication. It's okay to be afraid to try new moves and progress because some of this shit is honestly scary. Just remember that you can do it even if at first you call and hurt yourself, just rest, recover, and try again once you're back to normal. Used to be that you needed a gym and a good coach but now you can use youtube and a grassy surface or a trampoline of some kind. Good luck to you!
