Me grey 1 has got carbon enclosed filter with cold feed, polished tb, powerbox, gsi injectors, magnecor leads with ngk plugs, janspeed 4-2-1 manifold on decat and straight through

Ghanis is standard with K&N Filter

ive jus got 1 of them vx powerboxes, whats the radiator pipes run through the throttle body for?? can u jus link the pipes together and bypass the TB? any help wud be gr8 thanks!

@wkdkris now mate, erm, the rad pipes are to keep the tb cool, yeh connect them together and bypass the tb, it will be ok

Hello mate, ive got a standard 1.4 16v sport. What do ya reckon just adding that powerbox & a good panel filter would shave of the 0-60? im getting 10.75ish at the mo.

Just a few questions really, I've got the same powerbox, going onto my mk4 astra, 1.4 16v the 3 connectors on the powerbox, what are they for? I know the top big one is for the carbon canistor solenoid thing, but what are the smaller ones for?

oryt mate, yeh the 3 connectors are, the top 1 is for the brake servo (thick plastic tube) the second 1 is for the sensor (the small rectangular box with the hose on it right beside the new manifold near the water bottle for the radiator), the third 1 down is for all the small breather pipes off the original mnifold, you should have a splitter and a few hoses with your manifold. hope that helps mate

@B14ckburn i didnt think the TB wud get hot, seems like a stupid idea along with the SAI and EGR valve lol, which i jus spent 160 replacing and now the buggers been blocked off! slightly annoying!

nice mate, cant wait to get this engine into my nova ;) gonna be abit naughty, good induction kit exhaust system and the ecu has already been chipped ;) running about 115bhp so it should be more than enough, just fitting the fucker thats gonna be a bitch lol
