  • @superstaples haha! no, but i usually do my videos in the afternoon and this is at 8 AM... so my energy is a little different.

  • Good question, great answer. A lot of great S&C coaches say don’t overcomplicate it ( it meaning: hill sprints, sprints, prowler runs). They are right, but only saying do it for x amount of minutes is too little info.

    So 10 to 20 yds for sprints … same with prowler sprints? If your main goal is fatloss how should you load the prowler (heavy or light)? How about if the goal is conditioning (load prowler heavy or light)? Thanks Elliott!

  • @yyportne hill sprints are awesome.... problem is Florida is as flat as a pancake! with the prowler id take about twice as long or longer to rest. I would load it with a 45 on each side and take it for 45 yard sprints for fat loss.

  • Yo Elliot! Can you start your vid's with a sec or two of no volume so I can get it turned down before the video starts? It always blasts before I can adjust the volume, and I'm at work... lol
