His slide guitar was incredibly haunting. Still brings chills. He was very underrated as a slide player.

hi could anybody be kind and tell me why do alot of artist don't sing alot of their songs live? for example George; behind that locked door,run of the mill, hear me lord,miss o'dell,try some buy some,that is all,the day the world gets 'round, ding dong ding dong, far east man, soft touch,and many more? hearing them live =D

yes i also didnt kno he used his slide on pinky!!! this video clearly show that and i also see he used standard tuning!!!! george harrison was the reason i picked up the guitar some 45 yrs ago.this song has inspired me to start playing again, what a beautiful use of the minor G cord simply beautiful.miss you george cheer down!!!!

i must have watched this video 10 times in 2 days, this song would have went to number 1 if it was on a beatle album.
john onced said the beatles died when brian thier great manager died, if so then brian is respondible for the birth of 4 of the greatest artists in the history of man kind.

What staggering talent George possessed!
To Imagine it developing under the shadow of arguably the two finest pop/rock music writers (ever?)
Additionally, imo, George only second to Jeff Beck as one of the most melodic of slide guitarists (could be due to GH's slide playing not being blues based)
Didn't know he wore the slide on his little finger - making it even harder to play so deftly...
