The "low friction handling" tarmac is not ideal in setting or testing performance. It would be good for simulating and adjusting for winter/ice road conditions. The lower friction environment created by driving at high speeds and g's has different conditions than this track. Example: at high speeds & with more traction you might want more camber to better distribute the grip on the tire. In this slow and "safe" frictionless track you would want less camber. Wish bone suspension would also help.

Oh really?! can any car really do that huh?! Can you try doing that yourself,,, you wheels spinning backwards while you go forwards,,,there is this thing called wagon wheel effect in cameras SMARTYPANTS! This is a stroboscopic effect from temporal aliasing!
