Glowing Eiffle Tower

I got a plastic Eiffel tower cup from las-vegas when my parents went there, and I ended up colouring it because it was just clear plastic, with no detail. so I coloured it with some permanent art markers. you can see it without the liquid inside here

and then while surfing youtube, I found out that highlighters glow under a black-light, and that if you put highlighter fluid in water, then you get glowing water! So I had a genius idea of glowing Eiffel tower! and thus I filled it with mountain dew, and like 8 highlighter :P and since the liquid is so thick that it only glows on the sides that are being hit.
