I know a tutorial of how to do things different than drillcore in Renoise would be greatly appreciated.

Sweet!! A nice rendition of a classic- i love that song. How long have you been using Renoise? The reason I ask is I'm new to this, I've been using Ableton but I just got Renoise recently- still haven't gotten to know my way around it; the learning curve seems different. Does Renoise seem to serve all your purposes as far as beats and samples are concerned?

I have been using Renoise for about 8 months now. I still have a lot to learn about the product. I view Renoise as a virtual MPC, which I have used in the past. So far I have not had any problems but for the system over load which is limiting at times.

It might be my comp, but sometimes when I add a lot of tracks and effects the play back is laggy, sometimes to the point where I can't hear what I have done.
