HV is really trying for the Wii. Whilst TCon had mixed reactions. It still filled a much needed gap for Wii. But whilst this looks amusing, it doesn't seem to offer anything that Mario Kart does better.
Sorry High Voltage, You'll need some originality to attract. How about a dead guy in a pinball game?
Instead of a ball you flick a dead/ or drunk person like a rag doll.

Why the hell is there no online mode??? If they made a 16 player online mode for a big game (The Conduit), then why not making a 6 player online mode for this small game? If it would have online, I would download it right away!
