@brummiedaz Continue being kind, don't sacrifice your freedom because of what others think. Live in the present as much as you can, enjoy nature, go to the beach, just relax, and slowly but surely you will get better.

it's not a matter of will power... "just stopping". it's a matter of realizing that "the voice in your head" (your language machine) is not who/what you are. the word "mind" clouds the whole issue. it's just your language machine. once that is realized, the rest follows automatically... in time.
