Running Water

I produced this video as a tribute to my departed friend Joe. It is a beautiful song and it is with great trepidation that I perform my version of it on his behalf.

Joe was driving home after dropping his daughter off at school - shortly after lighting up, he dropped his cigarette. Joe crossed into on coming traffic while reaching for the cigarette...

Joe walked home from the head-on collision that took place -(the other driver did not)- he later complained of a headache...Joe laid down to take a nap....my friend crossed over into eternity.

If you smoke cigarettes, please quit now...while you still can!

Usually an amateur cover of a song is a weak imitation of the original. But, I listened to this rendition with an open mind and was impressed. This song must have been hard to do, and this was a fine effort. Even moreso with the video accompaniment. Justin Hayward and the singer's friend are both honored by this sensitive effort.
