Adams Polk Builders is a full service general contractor with over 30 years of new home Construction experience. David Adams and Jeff Polk founded Adams Polk Builders, Inc. in 1999 with the belief that the building experience should be enjoyable.

David Adams has over 30 years of experience in new home construction as a builder with both large home building companies and small custom builders. He has received multiple awards including Builder of the Year with a national builder. David has built multi-family and small starter homes, but most of his success has been in the construction of larger custom homes including a Kaleidoscope of Homes show home in 1994.
