My wife is working out to her right now and I have to say that this woman does not stop talking... ever! It's driving me nuts. She does other workouts and the trainers give direction but, they don't go on and on in a continual rambling monologue like this woman does. She never shuts up! Why, in god's name, does she feel it necessary to do this? I swear, the entire time it's taken to find her on utube, watch the vid and type this comment, she hasn't stopped talking for 1 second... Aaaaarggggh!!!

denise austin is great, but this video doesnt do her justice. it kinda sucked and the people (including denise) looked bored out of their minds.
