This week Mike & John are joined by Anthony of Firearms TV. Anthony is based in New Jersey as well and focuses his videos on his interest in Firearms and the ridiculous laws here in New Jersey. We talk a little about his YouTube channel and how he got started.

We then move on to discuss recent events in New Jersey. Specifically, a reported "deal" that would reduce allowable magazine capacity to 10 rounds. Anthony has already posted a video on this, so we hear his thoughts and add some comments of our own.

We move on to a quick update on litigation and legislation in Colorado. It seems the challenge mounted by CSSA, and others, has begun in earnest. Also, there are two firearm related bills that are still active between the House and Senate in Colorado.

Finally, we note that the Supreme Court of the United States has decided not to hear three firearm related cases. These pertained to carry permits and handgun purchasing by 18- 20 year olds, and standing to challenge some parts of the Gun Control Act.
