@HoosierMF Swing Kids were good , and I agree they sound quite similar, but I think Refused perfected what Swing Kids were doing, not to disrespect SK at all... Just refused has way more emotion and power behind their tunes. In my opinion

@deathofangel789 I never said the band were overrated - just this album. Bands like Swing Kids were doing that style of music before SOPTC was released but Refused got all the credit for it. Don't know why you think I'm a metalhead.

The hardcore scene never disappeared in Scandinavia. In Tromsø, or Trondheim in Norway there are still hardcore scenes, and the Umeå hardcore scene is still there.
