What you see in Roger's eyes is distain for the audience. He was miserable.

LOL. Looks like Waters smoked some joints and is contemplating... THE PIG!!!
And if tou take a closer look into his eyes, you can almost see a lot of pigs flying around on a green landscape singing "Pigs on the Wing" [parts 1 and 2].
And then he goes "this next tune is for all you paranoids in the audience"... and suddenly he realized he was acting a bit paranoid... "THE PIG IS LOOKING AT ME!!!" [said Roger in his head].
