SPI Sledgehammer 1/4 Mile Testing

Had the opportunity to get in on a track rental day with our Sledgehammer Project. We had the opportunity to make 4 complete runs. This was the first time to the drag strip so the first 3 runs were getting a feel for the car. Drove the car to the track, made the runs on 19's and drove home. All runs were made on racegas.

Listen you 12 year old, know-nothing piece of shit, "BOLT-ONS" means no internal mods. So yes, this 997 has nothing but BOLT-ONS! As far as "tons" of turbo ZO6's that are faster than this 997, there are only TWO, and they were both built by IPS Motorsports. They're both running auto trannys, fully-built motors and slicks. No comparison to this true street Porsche. Know what the fuck youre talking about before you speak, son! Now excuse while I go refill your Moms water bowl.

@sirlonghair I was referring to SPI Sledgehammers in particular. I'm well aware of the old callaway. Its impressive but not at all what I was talking about.

it`s a 915 hp ALL WEEL DRIVE not rwd.. it has 800 lb-ft of tourqe and it`s well over 1000hp in the crank...;)) but i`ve have to agree a luxury car and a smooodt 9.8sec quarter.. of course it`s race gas but still damn impressiv....at this same time i have 151mph and he 146mph and i own a 202rwhp bike..;) so kudos to porshe keep the good work flow..

last time i checked the gt3 was up there in performance. I wouldnt call a 977 turbo a luxury car, id call a Panemera with a v8 tt a luxary car with performance though... dont know what youve been smoking but you need to get off the shit...

because when the GTR is tuned to this stage you still have money in your pockets for fuels even compared to the price of a standard 997 Turbo :) To some guys that matters...Not me, I cannot afford either one of them. If money was not an object I would take the 911 tho :)
