And the many worlds theory allows for even the most serious time paradox, i'd say we already live in a world in which beings are actively travelling through time, creating paradoxes and in doing so, creating a new universe. Unless we are doing the time-travelling ourselves we would not be aware of the changes taken place, this universe we share may just have came into existence from a foreign time-travellers perspective.
What about the fact neutrinos have now been proven to travel faster the speed of light? The special theory of relativity needs to be seriously re-examined as does the vague concept of gravity, dark matter & dark energy.
We don't need a massive black hole to "travel through time" or dilate it, all we need is to travel faster then the speed of light, by hitching a ride on a neutrino we can travel backwards in time.
The actor in HG Wells' "The Time Machine" was Rod Taylor, not Rod Serling (of Twilight Zone fame). Minor nitpick...
Otherwise, this is a fascinating video. I love this stuff.
The concept that there could be an infinite number of physical "universe bubbles" where all manner of great and horrible things are happening is kind of blowing my mind. Is it fair to say that anything that COULD possibly happen within the limits of the laws of physics DOES happen, somewhere?
yay all thumbs up!
