No that pier was rubbish, honestly. I've busted up loads of crap places like that. Look how quickly it burned, not well built at all. I could have kicked the doors and the paneling in quite easily. You're better off without the pier. Come over to Cardiff fro your entertainment, it rocks!

It was a shithole. Cardiff boot boys would have smashed the crap out of that anyway, had it not burnt down. I don't think it was a very good piece of architecture and not very well designed otherwise it wouldn't have burned that quick.

I was there the week before it burned. Unless you've redefined the term 'derelict' I can tell you that it certainly does not apply!

Oh, so many happy memories of when I used to come here every Summer with my grandfather.
:( I just can't believe all those memories are now just a pile of expensive rubble.
I hope they build it back soon... but it will never be the same again... :(

Cnt believe its happened my m8 rang me up at 7 am and i thought no way looked out my window and smoke was there and i live bout 5 mins away from the beach
Why couldnt it be on birnbeck thats wrecked already weve lost BOTH!
Hopefully we can make money again to build more works on it
