You won't EVER be able to stop drug abuse.
My advice is, only make an attempt to get rid of what's dangerous; what's actually dangerous to people and their health.

"Acid house was accounted with violence" I was born in 1992 and I'm pissed off by that they did the same thing in the usa with the rise of desert raves in the mid 90's.

an old VHS. Taped it off BBC2 back in the day. If only I could get my Central Weekend special "Raving Mad" to play properly I'd be laughing.
