The Workout
* Warm up for 10 mins.
* Perform each Superset with minimal rest between exercises
* Rest 1-3 Mins. between Supersets.
* Perform the Workout 2 x's per week
- Week 1 - 1 Set
- Week 2 - 2 Sets
- Weeks 3 and 4 - 4 Sets
- Week 5 - Change Routine
