This is a behind the scenes video of a gothic fashion shoot with Kelly on a graveyard. Complete gallery, blog and setups at www.sublimegraphic.com // MUA: Nick deRosa // Music: ParagonX from newgrounds! Check it out!! Watch in High Def (HQ) please!
Well you did quite well with what you had available (though you might consider having one of the assistants, the MUA or the videographer) hand-hold the light for you next time you forget the stand. ;-)
Great communication and 'examples of poses' when working with the model. Overall, great job. :-)
haha thanks for the comment man. you're right, i couldnt move around a lot, i tried shooting a couple different angles but they all looked crappy due to the flash (f*ck me for forgetting to bring a second lightstand lol). Also, that was the first time for the model to ever be in front of a camera.
Not a bad BTS video, though it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the 'and After' shots shown - they all seemed to be the same, regarding processing, posing, and location.
Then again, your flash was duct-taped to a headstone. I guess that limits mobility to a certain degree... ;-)
thanks :)
