  • try a product called jeans greens hair softener.. Awesome product. ive used it before.

  • @SuperBooboocakes I am shaving it all down. Thanks anyway.

  • it's inspiring seeing that people of all ages, ethnicities, and complexions can go natural! i convinced my mother and a few friends to go natural and i went natural jan 2011. i say, do you!

  • @hevinamber Yes! i do hmmmmmm .... just don't like the drama that goes with untreated hair.

  • Your hair reminds me of my grandma's hair (no offence). It was shiny like yours and she could not get a relaxer either she jerry curled it instead. But your hair is also think like mine. The stuff you use to strighten it are tooo weak use cream not liquid on think hair. After I wash my I out heat protectant on it wash it thru. Towel dry, add pressing cream, blow it out, hot comb it w/ non-electric ones, the oil the hair and scalp, then finally flat iron and style the oil helps with the humidity.

  • @Forever21plus None taken. When I do flat iron my hair it keeps for over 3 weeks. I use a heat protector, straigtening balm or cream, and a really good humidity-resistant all mixed together.

  • I have thicker hair than you and I know how hard it can be to care for it, but I've learned to work with it and not against it. Our hair does not want to be straight, so I've learned a few quick styles to do to be able to wear it down. You can inbox me if you wanna see pictures, but to answer your question, there's no such thing as a gentle relaxer at all. Having thick hair is a blessing and you can actually do a lot with it.

  • keratin treatment at a salon...

  • I don't know if you are still having this issue since this video was put up 2 years ago but if you are, I would suggest learning all that you can about caring for your natural hair before you go back to relaxers. If you have a grasp on how to care for your natural hair you will have less issues with relaxed hair. Best of luck to you :)

  • I don't relax any more but in the past, those no lye and mild relaxers were harser on my hair then the super coarse relaxers. I used Mazani super for thick coarse hair and I had good results for over five years. I had no breakage at all. I have super thick curly all-natural hair, and today, I use a good conditioner and a good flat iron. It is the same results as a perm I find. It takes me a little longer to do my hair though then with a perm. In the Summer, I wear braids b/c the hair converts.GL

  • not sure if you got a relaxer, but i like mizani. I don't get relaxers anymore, but it always got my hair straight w/ lots of body. do it at a salon. honestly, you should just get keratin straightener.

  • @retirecruelty Hmmmmmm! I am not a wig kinda lady. Just like being real too much so I could never wear a wig but thanks anyways.

  • Its your head do whatever
