This meditation is designed to stimulate the Root Chakra. The best way to do this meditation is the use body awareness coupled with visualization. Start off by relaxing stretching and relaxing muscle groups to release any tension held within your body, then relax and clear your mind as best you can. Focus your point of awareness in the root chakra and visualize this as the colour red, the root chakra is located through the physical body just below the base of the spine, it flowers through the front and back of the body. When you are relaxed and in light meditation, play this meditation and feel the sounds wash over you (while still keeping your awareness in the root chakra), this is quite powerful, you may experience the sounds vibrating through your body, when your in contact with the energy body.
