Senator Hagan, though I doubt you review comments posted on your YouTube channel, I would like to submit my opinion via this channel nonetheless. You are appealing to emotion, rather than data; seeking to treat the symptom, rather than the source. Your "solution" would worsen the problem, and I urge you to reject any more government interference in the health industry. This Bill is clearly unConstitutional and it doesn't take a lawyer to know that! Have you even read this ridiculous bill or our Constitution? Do you think all you have to do is quote a few numbers to gain credibility with the public? Dear Senator Hagan,
Since you have been sworn to support and defend the Constitution of the US - I would request you read its few pages to clearly see that you are violating that sworn oath with your support of fed'gov's involvement with our personal medical services. I challenge you to respond with the specific and relevant portion of the Constitution that allows you to even consider voting for this terrible system. Senator Hagan, you really must have been born yesterday if you think anyone believes a word you say. Americans are educating themselves to your reform. Maybe you should actually read the bill before try to tell us what is in it! Your bill not only taxes us to death and will cause businesses to close and more unemployment, but will impose fines and imprisonment on those who don't have insurance! You're not helping, you are only hurting us in North Carolina. How could you do this to our children?
