because of all winers who need to lighten up,this will become a bootleg cult classic.theres always room for bad ,campy,laughable entries in the life span of comic book heroes.i love wonder woman,and she's not ruined.

@dignerds But its worth "winning" about considering how close they came to being green lighted and this pilot's portrayal of Wonder Woman is very much in many ways close to how many think a strong female character should be portrayed as.

@raporfest wonder woman killing has been explored in the comics before.....maxwell lord. and ares.

@dignerds She only killed Medusa, Maxwell Lord, and several monsters and demons in the comics and in the case of Maxwell Lord and Medusa, it was mostly out of bad writing considering how she has refused to kill beings who were far more monstrous and put her in similar situations like Darkseid and Circe. Its one a same level of out of character writing like Hal Jordon going on a mass murder killing spree or Spider-Man making a deal with the devil.

Dodged a bullet on that one I guess...I would have watched the first episode to check it out...but probably wouldn't have continued to watch...it would have been better if they just did a remake of the Wonder Woman series of the 70's.

@olnightstar69 Its the character. In the New Adveture sof WW ther were times when they made Linda Carter (LC) very agresssive, but she was still very beautiful and feminine. But even back in the day when they tried to make WW or Jamie Sommers to masculine it just didn't work. You can't start off with the girl next door or a beautiful woman and then try to turn her into a modern day feminist! Wont work.

@TheGodzillaSithLord You got it..also, you have to remember WW was set in WWII and seem to have been created for the sole reason of fighting NAZIS. They can't seem to bring her into the present. So many other villians she could fight. Truthfully her role as a super hero has always been second rate. They just don't know what to do with her. The new lead must be as beautiful and "feminine" as Linda Carter or she wont stand a chance.

I just don't get why the thought of Wonder Woman has to Deviate from what Wonder Woman Is .An American Hero My God Her Message Should Never Be Distorted ..She was Brought on the Scene To Kick Hilters Ass!! AND DID!!! In A Big Way!! I agree If it is not doen well let it BE!! Like It or not look back on the 40's and 50's and see the message the creators of Wonder Woman Sent out....
