me 100% natural for 10 months trying to build mucle with tips from other webisodes and magizines. the only suppliments i take is 1/2 dose protein powder every day (by six star muscle fuel) and just started a creatine supplement for an eight week cycle also by six star mucle fuel fro canada....www.sixstarmusclefuel.com...

  • hey man, my total costs were around 1000.00 $ but that was two benches, one without the bench bars, and a row machine, the rest were weights, the thing is deciding how big you want to get, so you can decide how much weight you need,

  • I see in your info that it says that you're using a 1/2 serving of protein a day. I just want to let you know you gotta crank it up bro! The rule of thumb for wanting to pack on major muscle is at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Me, I'm EXTREMELY slacking right now, but I take in at least 150grams a day when you include my pre and post workout met rx bars, my 10 egg whites a day, and my other meals. Im seeing gains like crazy to bro, so you should really consider upping it
