Sync All Apps with iOS Device

http://www.darreners.com/ - As simple as the video may seem, most people may actually have a hard time syncing all their apps. I have 300 apps that I like to sync with my iOS devices. Each time I restore any of the my iOS devices, I have to select each of the 300 apps individually. I have finally come across a way to select all the apps. I feel that this select all command should also be a button that could be clicked in iTunes.
