I wasn't really thinking about losing weight or sculpting my body when I decided to do 100 consecutive push ups challenge. I mainly want to join a journey that can make me stronger physically and mentally. It also provides a goal and motivation for keeping up with my fitness routine and not slipping back to the old pattern. Since I don't like biking/swimming, I know triathlon is not for me but push ups and kickboxing are :).

Since I did push ups in consistent basis, I notice the changes in my shoulder, chest, abs, and arms (mostly triceps) area. For women mostly, I used to think that I might need a breast uplift surgery but it turns out, all I need is doing this dare and I am able to defy gravity and mother nature.

I don't mean to show off or anything, just want to share the benefits for people (esp women) who are thinking to join 100 push ups challenge.

  • Well said. Lots of benefits.

And I think that curtain dress you were wearing was particularly fetching. LOL! It did hide the abs just a little bit though!

  • @rolandsc Thanks. I got a lot of compliments but also receive one or two comments about me might be getting too buff (and need to stop the weight training or push ups). I have to say though I was surprised on how different I looked in dresses now, people are used to see me in yoga pants/jeans + tank tops (which fits well for athletic body) so when I put on strapless dress like this, it was quite different than before :).

  • Very elegant Cuppa, a nice outward reflection of the strength and beauty of your spirit.

  • @TeamGo33 Thank you for your encouragement & kind comments as always

  • I'm glad to see another female doing 100 pushups! I mainly wanted to see your arms though because I really don't want my arms too big but yours look like a good size and I wouldn't mind having them that size...

  • Very nice arms! Strong!

  • Beautiful shoulders and firm arms are sexy in anything! No need for implants when you can just do some pushups and work the chest and push "the girls" up and out!

  • @CuppaWorkout Too buff?! What rubbish! Send those people to get their eyes tested! Or maybe their heads tested! Looking great to me! Personally I think its a lovely feeling to be able to flex your muscles under a shirt or whatever - something that as a bloke (not taken to wearing strapless dresses you will be pleased to hear!) people don't normally get to see!
